Minesha Carter, Founder of SoUnique
Meeting Minesha, you are immediately struck by her sincere passion to establish legitimate resources and to frequently create ways to encourage our young girls in today’s generation to unlock their maximum potential and to rise above societies’ misrepresentation of women. Minesha Carter graduated at the top of her class from Flagler College with a degree in Business Administration. She also received an honorary award chosen by the professors for her exemplary attitude and effort.
Above her educational endeavors, she is a mother of a 15 month old daughter name Londyn and a focused business women who has mastered away to use her gifts as her ministry. Her vision began in high school; she was destined for greatness. Her junior year, Ms. Carter won second place in a National competition in the category of entrepanuership. Prior to that, she developed the first modeling extra-curriculum organization in Leon County. Within a year, other schools immediately begin to adopt the concept of the organization.
Ms. Carter has volunteered over 10 years of her service in Tallahassee. She has done personal development workshops at the Tallahassee Urban League for middle school children. Minesha is a member of the Chamber of Commerce. She also has served on the board as Vice President for the Collegiate NAACP and as a Youth director on the board for “Project 1” HIV & AIDS project. While in school, she worked three years as a lead modeling trainer for the “WanBark Foundation” in Havana Florida.
After six years of volunteering her services, SoUnique became a non-profit organization and enhanced its curriculum by catering solely to the needs of young girls. When asked what makes her curriculum so unique? She stated, “I believe that my curriculum is ordained to meet the realistic needs of today’s generation and that it provides girls with solutions and strategies that will allow them to live an abundant life! Ms. Carter’s drive and faith in God, has destined her for much success that will be an impressionable example for the girls to refrence.

Every year we reach our objective through hands on workshops, powerful speakers and memorable experiences.
